La cuestin francesa: comienza la guerra del rake?
Día 2 tras la puesta en marcha de la nueva ley de juegos online en Francia y apertura del poker por dinero real en las salas '.fr'. Ayer veíamos como en el primer día PokerStars.fr hacía magia con la comisión cobrada en los cash games. Hoy leemos en el foro francés de ClubPoker la comunicación de un manager de la sala disculpándose por los bugs atribuibles al primer día de una actualización. La estructura de rake se ha modificado de forma efectiva, tanto para los cash games como para los torneos, en gran medida para responder a las obligaciones legales (particularmente con el rake preflop). Personalmente, me hago cargo del descontento provocado por el programa, la estructura de torneos y los diferentes bugs inherentes a un lanzamiento masivo. PokerStars.fr publicaba también ayer finalmente su tabla de rake para cash games. Para las manos que no llegaban al flop se retirará un rake del 2% del valor del bote hasta un máximo de 1€. En las manos después del flop, se cargará una comisión de 0,01€ por cada 0,13€ en el bote; es decir, un rake del 7,7%. El cap de rake se determina por el nivel de juego y por el número de jugadores a los que se reparte cartas en cada mano. En 0,01/0,02€ et 0,02/0,05€ para manos con 2 jugadores el rake máximo será de 1,50€. Para manos con entre 3 y 9 jugadores el rake máximo será de 2€. Para los niveles 0,05/0,10€ y superiores existen tres tramos según el número de jugadores: 2 (1,50€ rake max.), 3-4 jugadores (2,50€) y 5-9 jugadores (3,50€). Las diferentes salas de poker francesas han ido publicando sus rakes cuando la sorpresa aparecía en EverestPoker.fr. En la página web con las tarifas de rake de EverestPoker.fr se especifica que la casa no retendrá rake en manos finalizadas antes del flop, siguiendo la política “No Flop – No Drop”. No sabemos cómo gestionarán este tema con las autoridades francesas pues parecía que el cobro de rake en manos sin flop era obligatorio según la normativa. Además, se establece un porcentaje fijo de rake del 5% para todos los niveles inferiores a NL800 y un rake del 4% para NL1000. (Editado: acabo de comprobar que a partir de NL1000 sería más rentable jugar en Everest.fr que en Everest.com, ya que en la sala internacional el rake es del 5% también para NL1000 o más). Los límites máximos del rake también son menores a los de PokerStars para todos los niveles. Un ejemplo extremo. En una mesa de cash de NL10 de 6 jugadores, el rake de Everest.fr tendría un máximo de 0,75€ mientras que en PokerStars.fr el cap estaría en 3,50€. El rake máximo general en Everest para No Limit full ring estaría en 0,75€ (NL10 y menores), 1€ (NL25), 2€ (NL50 y NL100) y 3€ (a partir de NL200). Tal y como leemos en el foro francés de PokerNews.fr, donde han posteado capturas de las tablas de rake de las salas, en Winamax el rake también será del 5% (preflop y postflop), al igual que en Bwin, BetClic o Sajoo. Es decir, a día de hoy, el rake de PokerStars.fr es considerablemente mayor al del resto de su competencia. Esto se ha traducido en una campaña de protesta organizada en varios foros franceses contra PokerStars.fr, la sala que en este momento algutina el mayor tráfico ya que los fondos de los jugadores franceses de PokerStars.com fueron transferidos a la cuenta francesa. La guerra del rake se ha desatado en Francia. Veremos la evolución de este tema en los próximos días.
